Help me. How to format alcatel ot 6030D via volcano?

Hello volcano team, I need your help. I have alcatel 6030d, when turn on it show me just logo. I can't flash it, bcz I have no any file. I format it via recovery but it is doing same. Please, help me, how to format it via volcano?
