how to resize emmc using easy jtag 8gb to 16gb

hello z3x team..help me please ... can I replace eMMC for i8160 (originally 8gb) ... with kmvtu 16gb? Today I tried to change, but I have some problems ... after I replace eMMC with 16gb internal memory 4,5gb size (same as originall 8GB eMMC) ..

how easy jtag configuration settings, so that I can get the rest of the larger internal memory (10GB or more)
