How to start with Z3X

Hi inever use that box Z3X i have experience with phone but no with this box. Can i know any other use who use this tools to send me some link with tourial how to use this box ?

Olso i have question from Z3X i can fix "no services" phone ?
and where i can buy all tool to start work. i spect this is not only box but + cable + some card to activation etc etc. I be happy if someone spend fiew minutes with me and show me way how to start
