Questions about credits...servers, bandwith..etc new user..

so Im thinking of getting this box which comes with samsung and LG already activated.... so if I connect a phone directly to the box/my pc, and I want to unlock it using the box and my pc and repair the imei, I would STILL need to purchase more credits?? I thought once you bought the activation codes that you were good to go! So what are these credits exactly for then?

also I see this thing about bandwidth limit. So the only thing I want to do are unlocks and repair imei on samsung and LG phones only. so if I buy the activation for both, is there still a certain amount of files I can download? is there a limit to how many gigs?

lastly, what is the boot-loader v2? what is it and what is it used for and is it necessary to have it?

sorry for all the questions but Im real close to buying this deluxe box set but now Im looking at the Z3X and it doesn't have any limits for downloading from their servers!
