E1200I read flash

Hi friends.
I have one E1200i, that i need to write Portuguese language to it.
I allready tryed every flash on support, and none of them have
Portuguese language. I now have another E1200i full working phone
with portuguese language and clean firmware. I need to read and
backup its firmware, and write to the other one, but i cant seem to
find a way to read and backup the phone firmware to clone it to the
first one... Any hints in how can i do this?
