Need Nspro repair tool please

Hello all as the title says i need the nspro repair tool to fix my corrupted sim. i already tried another nspro sim in my box and it works fine. The issue is the sim i tried it in my friends box and i still get the same error. Tried contacting elco but still no response and its been over a week. I need help so i can fix the issue thanks in advance.
