Iphone 5 no Display "Input"

I have an Iphone 5 which does nothing when turning on! If i plug in charger it vibrates every 5 seconds and the Charging sound comes on. Internet says it is a faulty Display but i tried it on other Phone and it is working. I think something from Display circuit is broke, how should i proceed? Which part of the Mainboard should i test?
