problem with G610-u00 vibrating and dead after flash witn sp flash tools

I have g610-u00 suddenly after flash it did not boot . When i connect it to pc its vibrating and its connecting and disconnect .now when i connect it to sp flash tools it show me error .

Brom error :s_brom_download_da_fail (2004)

Fail to download da to baseband chips internal sram!

Please any help.
