So, until some weeks, Yarvik provided all firmwares on their homepage.
Now, they made a new homepage, and the "download" section is gone.
I contactet the support, and they told me, they will put all links online soon again.
But I need some firmwares in the next days, not months.
Until now, I've found the firmware for Xenta 10ic and Xenta 7ic online.
Does anyone have a source? For all Xentas and Lunas?
