Help me please, i am trying to recover this phone, i am trying to flash but Best-Dongle does not detect this phone, i connect this phone using vol+ and the phone turn on with a lightning on the screen and the pc install driver ok but best dongle still not recognize, and if i connect with vol- the phone turns on with exclamation symbol but still the same, best dongle still not detect my phone.
What can i do, maybe is a driver issue, help me please !!
