unlock S5 5.1.1 possibel ?

I cant get ADB over USB, Generally kitkat for 4.X- you just endable adb in the developers options, and then *#0808# to enable DM over ADB. For lollipop 5.0 you had to pop into recovery and "enable CP logging" then you would be good to go. I've got a few G900w8 on 5.1.1 and the option for "Enable CP Logging" isn't an option in the recovery anymore. Any ideas?
