Prolific driver issue

i have a problem with my prolific driver for some time, didn't have to use it so didn't try to fix but now i need it.

Fw.Ver : BstKey V3.28
PL2303 : 3.4.48.272  2013-02-05 (OK)

tired many times to re install the 1.80 driver but can't fix the issue
