How to Download Setup Or Other Files with Support Access - [Tutorial]

Hello All UMT Users

I see many users having problem in downloading files from Support Access.
Many are getting this error when downloading any file -

~ Solution ~

This Error comes because you are using IDM or some of any other Download engine.
Remember UMT has its own privately secured server so no download engine will work on it. You have to download files with UMT's own program.

If you are using IDM, then Disable it or any other Download Engine,
then you can be able to download files.
