iPhone 5 mic not working when on loud speaker

Hi I have an iPhone 5 when in normal mode ear speaker and mic working fine.

When I put on loud speaker ear speaker works fine but the button mic not working this affect from other person not to hear

I have changed the bottom charging dock which is a join unit with the mic. I have changed the power flex and also the front camera flex and speaker.

Please anyone with soloutions thanks
