iPod nano 6g power doesn't work although changed

Hi Together,

I've got a strange iPod nano 6g which has a broken power button and doesn't power on.
Although I've changed the flex-cable with all the buttons to a new one, it still doesn't work.
The unit is not water damaged and looks very good.

Has anyone an idea what could be wrong in this case?
