1.Switch off mobile
2.Press volum up + power button for 10 seconds
now u will see 3 options

3.Select recovery mode use volume down button to confirm

4.now u will see android logo

5.now press power button then press volume button,now u will see recovery menu,now select wipe data/factory reset from that menu,use power button to confirm.

6.Now select yes to delete all data ,use power button to confirm
after that reboot ur device now success.
