BB Passport Unlock Error

Hello Team

Tried to unlock a BB Passport, all went ok except at the end it gave error and after turning on the phone its sill locked and the balance -5 for this job which is not for unlock (supposed to be -65)

Please correct the balance and adv what to do to unlock!
