Big problem with XT925

Hi!

I got a XT925 for bootloader unlock, my customer want to flash with custom rom (he want android 5.x). Sigmakey can't unlock bootloader.

After this i unlocked with official way, i got the bootloader code from motorola (this is not Verizon model, so bootloader unlock is allowed).
After this the phone flashed with custom roms, but not worked. After this phone is flashed with XT926 rom with RSD, but the phone hang after language selection. I got back with this state. After is flashed back with RSD to XT925 the phone is alive with 4.0.4. I'm not find newer flash, many link is dead today. The phone was worked normally. After this i made OTA upfate. Now the phone always fo to fastboot, and bootloader is relocked. Now i can't unlock the bootloader, i got message is not allowed (i think the phone got Verizon bootloader on OTA). I think need XT926 with KDA20.167 or newer, but i think this version is never released.

Any chance to make this phone to alive? Direck eMMC, qpst, or any other method? Please help me!
