Help for S-Off & Super CID Desire 300

Hi guys i trying to s-off desire 300 direct mode but i gave something like this message :
XTC2clip devices not connected or not propoblly connected and must reboot to bootloader, Yes or No ?
when i selecting Yes phone is restarting to system
i bought XTC2Clip tonight and register it but the green light on box never on, why?
