samsung i9300 stuck on logo

samsung i9300 stuck on logo ...done hard reset but the prob is still same ..try to flash with odin with i9300 home single file but odin says PIT INIT MAPPING n shows fail to flash ..product code is ok ...does it needs 4 files along with PIT FILE to flash ????
