Unlock Problem with Z10 and File Migration.

Hello ChimeraTool Team:

I already make a question here:
Blackberry OS10 news!
And Chimera Support reply this:

So I download the files and I found 2 problems:
1- I can IMPORT this file:
10.3.2.680_omap.os
But when I try to IMPORT this one:
10.3.2.680_qc8960.os I get file already on metainfo file and the IMPORT dont work.
Im also able to IMPORT this file:
10.3.2.680_qc8974.os

Now Problem number 2:
I try to unlock Z10 STL100-2 and ChimeraTool dont use none of the files I already download and IMPORT, ChimeraTool try to download this OS:
10.3.2.440.
So the reply from Chimera Support is WRONG?

Please help here because I waste money and time downloading this files and is not working in the way it should.
