Y625-U32 Dead issue

Hi
A coustomer came to me and asked to add my locale language to his phone. As there was no official way, i tried to write a cooked rom with lower build on this phone using a downloader that i dont remember the full name (maybe "HQA" or something like that). The Downloader showed an error on 12% progress and says download failed. Now the phone is dead and there is no response from it when connecting to computer. I changed cables, PC and battery but still the phone is dead. Any help will be appreciated
