coolpad 8297l-100 and nevir s50 s1 same strange problem

Problem is automatic wifI on,automatic phone root, automatic apps download then installed, automatic apps are open and apps are not uninstall, uninstall option not showing.
I format and hard reset the set but not success same problem apps are not deleted

Plz help me masters
