G925F imei null - Initialization AT RIL... error

This phone came with custom rom (bootlooped), and the only way we could resurect it was to flash it without some img (I flashed with G925FXXU2BOFJ, but I removed: Hidden, CM and SBOOT)
If i flashed with full tar, I always got error, thats why I removed those img and flashed.
Phone came UP OK, but IMEI NULL.

I tried everything to repair IMEI (Write EFS) - ok
Write CERT - Initialization AT RIL... error

Any ideas what else to do to get it working ?
