getting return code error 6 while updating my atf box

Please help me ... I couldn't update my atf box serial no. 8685418B firmware once After buy it.
It is working properly only with 9.10
Set up.
And now i've letest setup 12.50
N its showing return error 6 code 6
Pls fix this prob as soon as possible
Box serial no. Is 8685418B
