Iphone 5s turning OFF after boot logo

hello,

This iphone 5s is turning off as soon I turn it ON,
This iphone goes upto BOOT screen apple logo and then turns off

ITS NOT GOING IN RECOVERY MODE BUT ITS DETECTING IN USB and going in RESTORE MODE OK

I WANT TO TURN ON TO BACKUP DATA

there is LITTLE WATER DAMAGE.

whats solution?
