iPhone 6+ water damage logo flashes

Won't power on or accept power through battery connector, but shows the Apple logo for a fraction of a second. The backlight remains on, with a blank screen and is seen by a computer as iTunes restore mode. Any attempt to restore the device immediately loops it back to restore mode. Anyone know which IC this could be or how to test it? I have removed the EFI shield and sticker on the back of the board before ultrasonic cleaning it.
