Ordering More Cable's?

Hello, I'm using this box and I'm guessing the cables is bad now and need more.

Spare flex Micro-SD cable set for XTC 2 Clip ( 3 pcs. ) <<< I'm guessing I need these.

It reads on the computer and on the phone but when you use the box with it and try to S-OFF it says the NOT FIND SMART IO message.

Could anyone tell me where I can purchase more cable (from USA)

Or is there something else wrong?
