Please help!!!

I have a samsung g920i,,all appear that be ok,,but suddenly the phone freeze and i need restart with buttons,,or restart alone many times,,some times work ok 2 or 3 days continued,,i do everything,flash,unlock,write cert,repair efs,,,and still the problems yet!! Anyone know something to do for solve this??
