Samsung SPH-L720t need help in reviwe

Hi
Phone was in working state (Android 5.0.1)
After erase system from Custom recovery phone freezed on Samsung logo
Can enter DownloadMode, but cant flash any 5.0.1 or even original firmware (in Odin allways get "Failed")
I tried different Odin's and firmwares - no luck

After resurrecting via RIFF - phone totally dead
XP detected it like ZeusFlashDevice or Qualcomm HS-USB 9008

I tried SD card method - no luck, phone cant enter DownloadMode
(i tried sdc file from forum(for android 4.3) and also maded scd by myself from 5.0.1 fw)

Phone has glued EMMC THGBM5G7A4JBA4W

1. does possibly to reviwe phone with this type EMMC?
2. why prepared on forum sdc for L720t has size about 30Mb, but prepared by ATF is about 1,3 Mb - is it good? Maybe correct sdc for Android 5.0.1 will help?
