windows 10 64 bit problem

sir,
i have purchased new red volcano box and i am in windows 10 64 bit i have installed latest volcano utility + yellowstone after installation box shows
box not found please connect box and restart
on installing drivers it shows_
The folder you specified doesn't contain a compatible software driver for your device.if the folder contains a driver ,make sure it is designed to work with windows for x64-based systems.
please help me to install it on my pc
and there are no drivers on official site.
please help me i am confused.
