Lumia 800 dead trying to unlock

I was trying to unlock one lumia 800 and i got this messsage evertime from the adavance turbo flasher software
"Access violation at address 00642DAF in module 'AdvanceBox.exe' Read of address 00000008.

it would unexpectedly close.i kept trying until my lumia set went went dead.what could have happened and whats the solution!!!!
