newbie, having problems with license?

I just got my RIFF, downloaded latest jtag manager and run it.

I registered , updated firmware, etc, all the routine...

I noticed everytime I run the software it ask me to install the license.
is this normal? I must be connected to internet to use the riff, since everytime I run it I have to install the license.
